A corporate travel management company has a current position open for a Remote Leisure Technology Specialist in Salt Lake City.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing support on Worldspan
- Providing support on Revelex online booking tool
- Providing support on ClientBase
Qualifications for this position include:
- Expert level knowledge of Worldspan
- Expert level knowledge of ClientBase; including Admin functions, Profiles, ResCards, Marketing, Activities and Invoicing
- 3+ years’ experience in a full-service agency demonstrating working knowledge of travel agency operations
- Ability to lead initiatives, embrace change and drive continuous process improvement
- Excellent oral and written communications with both internal and external clients
- Highly motivated self-starter with strong internal customer service skills
