Job Summary

A peer-to-peer lending company has an open position for a Remote Lending Compliance Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Handling both proactive and reactive needs arising from identified issues
Supporting the compliance third party oversight program
Assisting in internal and external audit responses, investigations, and validations

Position Requirements Include:

3+ years’ experience in regulatory compliance for a financial services company, FinTech company, or government agency
Knowledge of federal financial statutes and regulations
Solid interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and identify and focus on critical issues
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and service-oriented
