Job Summary

A big data storage supplier needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Level 1 Technical Support Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • provide first-level support to customers, support personnel, and field support staff
  • Troubleshoot, repairi, and debug Tintri by DDN products
  • Utilize and add to the Tintri knowledge base

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to work in a 24X7X365 organization, including weekends and holidays
  • 1 – 2 years experience in Enterprise level Technical Support or Technical Degree
  • Microsoft Hyper V MCS and/or VMWare VCP certification or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with standard Linux commands TCP/IP based networking and troubleshooting
  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent work experience
