Job Summary

A staffing agency has an open position for a Remote Level 2 Helpdesk Support Representative in Spartanburg.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Handling escalated technical ticketing issues
  • Handling various software application, database architecture, and POS system issues

Qualifications Include:

  • Strong technical background
  • 2+ years lead experience in a technical helpdesk environment
  • Must have hands-on knowledge of help-desk operations
  • Must be able to work from home from 10pm-7am
