Job Summary

A digital insurance claims company has an open position for a Remote Level 2 Implementation Coordinator.

Must be able to:

  • Maintain ownership of new client assets
  • Develop and maintain the implementation process
  • Provide clients with a single point of contact

Qualifications for this position include:

  • High School Degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience working directly with customers
  • 3+ years of experience managing projects with customers
  • 3+ Implementation Coordinator experience or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience presenting both to groups and one-on-one
