Job Summary
A digital insurance claims company has an open position for a Remote Level 2 Implementation Coordinator.
Must be able to:
- Maintain ownership of new client assets
- Develop and maintain the implementation process
- Provide clients with a single point of contact
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience working directly with customers
- 3+ years of experience managing projects with customers
- 3+ Implementation Coordinator experience or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience presenting both to groups and one-on-one
