Job Summary

A medical technology solutions provider has an open position for a Remote Level 2 Senior Client Care Technician.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Reviewing and publishing requirements for establishing bridge routines, pre-processors, and post-processors
  • Establishing solid working relationships with customers
  • Handling all escalated GCS customer support issues

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • General proficiency in office automation, database applications and the internet are required
  • 3-5 years' experience in customer service with medical billing software or electronic billing applications
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to listen, empathize and demonstrate a high level of care and concern with a focus on solutions and results
