Job Summary
A medical technology solutions provider has an open position for a Remote Level 2 Senior Client Care Technician.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Reviewing and publishing requirements for establishing bridge routines, pre-processors, and post-processors
- Establishing solid working relationships with customers
- Handling all escalated GCS customer support issues
Skills and Requirements Include:
- General proficiency in office automation, database applications and the internet are required
- 3-5 years' experience in customer service with medical billing software or electronic billing applications
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to listen, empathize and demonstrate a high level of care and concern with a focus on solutions and results
