Job Summary

A workplace management technology company is filling a position for a Remote Level II Application Support Specialist in Raleigh.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing technical assistance as needed for troubleshooting and customer service
  • Ensuring technical problems are resolved in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Maintaining and creating documentation around technical troubleshooting and best practices

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent demonstrable experience in a technical field
  • Certifications in areas such as MSCE, MSCA, MSDBA, MCAD, MCSD
  • Database Technologies: SQL Server or other Relational DB familiarity
  • Microsoft Server and Network technologies: IIS, SQL Profiler, PerfMon or other monitoring tools
  • Familiarity with AWS environment
