A company that offers product protection plans needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Level Two Cloud Technician in Lowell.

Actively participating in live assistance to Level 1 technicians
Working with customers and vendors to provide advanced support
Assisting with design and support of client cloud strategies

Required Skills:

3+ years of relevant professional experience
3+ years of client facing technical experience
Able to effectively adapt to rapidly changing technology
Expert knowledge of virtualization technologies
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of Microsoft IIS, Domain management, & ADFS, Active Directory
