Job Summary

An insurance technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Liability Claims Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Guiding our customers through the claims process
• Confirming coverage, determining liability, and evaluating damage
• Working with attorneys for resolution of represented and litigated claims

Required Skills:

• Customer support/success experience or experience as a client service representative
• Track record of providing excellent customer care
• Demonstrated ability to remain friendly under pressure and resilient to negativity
• Familiarity with CRM & support systems and practices
• Capable of writing with impact through email, text, chat, or social media
• Ability to adapt/respond to different types of individuals
