Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Licensed Clinical Call Center Pharmacy Technician.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Coordinating with care teams if they identify barriers preventing patients from receiving their refills
  • Fielding inbound calls for patient's refill requests
  • Acting as a liaison between the patient, provider and pharmacist

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Minimum 1 year retail pharmacy experience required
  • Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification required
  • High school diploma required
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office and Google documents/spreadsheets
