A business services company has a current position open for a Remote Licensed Health Agent.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Maintaining and updating customer information as necessary
- Talking to customers over the phone, email, online chat or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
- Escalating calls to supervisor when necessary and appropriate
