Job Summary
A healthcare provider is filling a position for a Remote Licensed Healthcare Representative in Owensboro.
Must be able to:
- Make calls to customers to identify individual needs and resolve their questions or concerns
- Advocate for customers, show compassion and put yourself in their shoes
- Calmly resolve and de-escalate customer concerns
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Train onsite and then work from home
- High School Graduate or GED required
- Ability to complete a pre-employment behavioral assessment
- Familiarity with current technology to navigate our client systems to obtain and document member information
- You need a positive attitude and a natural willingness and compassion towards helping others
- Ability to pass a background investigation and drug test
