Job Summary

A customer experience solutions company has a current position open for a Remote Licensed Insurance Professional in Salt Lake City.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues
• Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
• Track all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes

Qualifications for this position include:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Active Property & Casualty License
• 18 years of age or older
• Be proficient in PC operation and navigation
• Have excellent communications skills, both oral and written
