An insurance company is in need of a Remote Licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Call Center Representative in Cleveland.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly service
• Assisting customers through written correspondence and phone support
• Identifying customer's insurance needs and market-appropriate products and services

Required Skills:

• Must be able to work at least one weekend day
• Must have an active Property & Casualty License
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be open to feedback and enjoy working as a team
• Must be able to multi-task and efficiently navigate multiple programs at the same time
