A mortgage company is in need of a Remote Licensed Real Estate Transaction Coordinator in Chicago.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Acting as a liaison between clients, lenders, attorneys, appraisers, and other parties
- Answering clients' questions and guiding them through the closing process
- Coordinating and scheduling post-mutual appointments and events
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Work from home up to 3 days a week
- Real estate license
- Experience in real estate or related field, including processing transactions
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong sense of accountability for the customer experience
- Cool and calm demeanor when resolving issues and communicating with agents and clients
