Job Summary

A company that provides outsourced healthcare services has a current position open for a Remote Licensed Registered Nurse or Pharmacist Supervisor.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Monitoring inbound/outbound customer service calls
• Overseeing the handling of alternate channel requests
• Developing contact center policies and procedures

Qualifications Include:

• Current RN or Pharmacist license
• Five years experience supervising within a Call Center
• General understanding of call management systems
• Adept at all applicable computer software, i.e., Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Avaya CMS
• Outstanding customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to train and motivate staff members
