Job Summary
An insurance company is seeking a Remote Licsenced P and C Customer Service Agent in Bloomington.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Working with the customers to ensure they are properly insured
- Navigating our internal computer system to look up customer information and update policiesDo whatever it takes to provide excellent customer service
- Receiving inbound telephone calls to answer customer questions, process payments, endorsements, and make changes/correcting errors for policies
Skills and Requirements Include:
- On-going professional training following on-site training
- Insurance License is mandatory, must be Personal Lines or P&C
- Effective communication & computer skills
- Ability to multi-task with strong interpersonal skills
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
