Job Summary

An information technology company has an open position for a Remote Life Insurance Customer Support Senior Assistant.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing service to life insurance customers who possess a policy by responding to requests
  • Researching and responding to requests and discuss options
  • Processing transactions and fund transfers and referring requests for other policy modifications

Required Skills:

  • Ability to learn quickly and willingness to obtain functional knowledge and understanding of company products
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Superior telephone etiquette
  • Excellent listening skills and ability to articulate ideas
  • HS Diploma
  • 2 or more years' experience
