Job Summary

A management and technology consulting company is seeking a Remote Life Insurance Principal Consultant.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Playing a lead role in delivery of large change programs, which includes IT and Business Change
  • Leading and managing a team of consultants to develop concise and practical strategies
  • Seeking out client input in a structured manner to better understand needs

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
  • 9 to 12 years of relevant work experience with three years of experience in comparable consulting services
  • Experience in Insurance with knowledge of Group Insurance including benefits insurance products
  • Experience in process improvement in business operations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation
