Job Summary

An information technology company is seeking a Remote Lifecycle Email Specialist.

Must be able to:

• Develop and own new strategic campaigns, tactical plans, and creative to maximize customer acquisition, conversion, engagement, retention, and winback opportunities
• Drive improvement across email KPIs including deliverability, open rates, click rates, conversion rates, opt-out rates, retention and product feature adoption
• Contribute meaningful reports and analyses

Required Skills:

• 0-3 years of experience, either in writing, product work, or another related field
• or willing to learn how to create content, analyze data, and manage projects in service of effective campaigns
• Can ideate on interesting ways to engage the customer, has a strong point of view, and can communicate that vision within our brand and values
• Thoughtful marketer that can view their work through the lens of different audiences to craft authentic and personalized messages
