A software development company is in need of a Remote Linux Technical Support Engineer in Palo Alto.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Prioritize incoming support issues based on urgency and customer impact
- Ensure that the company exceeds customer expectations for support
- Coordinate with product engineering teams on bug fixes
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- In-depth knowledge of Linux based operating systems and services
- Proven track record in technical support
- Experience with RPM-based distributives
- Proven experience with web-firewall solutions
