Job Summary

A platform that offers corporate leadership development programs is filling a position for a Remote Live Event Associate.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Support participant and faculty use of audio and video devices
  • Troubleshoot technical complications of any participants
  • Identify, track and report technical problems

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • College / University education from an accredited school
  • 1 - 3 years work experience
  • Work well with high-level executives from around the world
  • A customer-service orientation aimed at helping users optimize their use of audio and video
  • Professional and calm demeanor under pressure
  • Ability to multi-task in fast-paced, high stakes environment
