Job Summary

A mortgage lender and financer has an open position for a Remote Loan Closing and Funding Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Providing support on FIMC closing and wire processes
• Managing outgoing/ incoming calls and e-mail according to procedures
• Answering on average 40 questions per day and resolves discrepancies

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the mortgage industry
• A minimum of 2 years of Management and Leadership experience
• Must have knowledge of laws and regulations related to Mortgage lending
• Mist have knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to mortgage lending
• Proven track record of developing and implementing procedure
• Superior communication and relationship skills that will foster the Thrive culture
