Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Loan Closing Coordinator to manage the loan closing process efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact borrowers, brokers, title companies, and sales agents to facilitate closing activities
- Analyze closing conditions and ensure timely scheduling of signings
- Update systems with closing information and complete assigned reporting
Required Qualifications and Education
- 1 year of relevant loan closing or processing experience
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, and Excel
- Ability to handle a pipeline and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- 1 year experience with Mortgage LOS software preferred
