Job Summary

A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Loan Officer Assistant and Production Partner.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Maintains a past and present customer database and track new sales growth
  • Assists with handling sales and marketing promotions
  • Locks loans, orders appraisals, requests title, and sends files to processing team

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with automated Loan Origination Systems
  • Knowledge of state and federal agency mortgage loan guidelines and regulations
  • Ability to manage a pipeline and communicate effectively
