• Driving productivity, quality and compliant processes that deliver superior customer service
• Managing capacity through appropriate staffing and processes
• Overseeing daily business of the processing team to ensure effective pipeline management

Qualifications for this position include:

• 8-10 years of Mortgage Operations experience
• Proficiency with G-Suite, Blend, and Encompass
• Ability to make well informed decisions, and quickly pivot
• Comprehensive knowledge mortgage lending guidelines
• Ability to teach individuals how to effectively and efficiently manage their personal and team pipelines
• Compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations
