Job Summary

A full-service mortgage services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Loan Processor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Assembling the complete loan package in proper order for underwriting
  • Performing a thorough review and analysis of borrower's credit, employment, income and assets as required
  • Completing the required loan checklist

Qualifications Include:

  • A minimum of 5 years of current residential mortgage processing experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of RESPA regulations and general knowledge of all mortgage and consumer lending regulations
  • Strong math and analytical skills
  • Computer Knowledge (DU, LP, Microsoft Office & Windows)
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
