Job Summary

A financial company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Loan Processor in Boston.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Reviewing loans for compliance with all mortgage-related regulations
  • Managing pipeline by completing and submitting reports
  • Training and helping to supervise new loan processors and other processing personnel

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of current residential mortgage processing experience
  • Working knowledge of RESPA regulations
  • General knowledge of all mortgage and consumer lending regulations
  • Computer Knowledge (DU, LP, Microsoft Office & Windows)
