Job Summary

A financial services company has an open position for a Remote Lock Desk Associate.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Acting as a customer service intermediary to aid and assist the field with navigating our operating systems
• Executing lock revisions, transfers and re-locks
• Assisting with expiring locks management

Position Requirements Include:

• High School Diploma
• 2-4 years’ experience in the mortgage banking industry
• Exceptional Customer Service skills, including telephone demeanor
• General knowledge of BytePro
• Experience with Optimal Blue, LoanSifter and correspondent investor websites
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
