Job Summary
A financial company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Long Term Disability Claims Specialist I.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Communicating with claimants, employers and various medical professionals through phone and e-mail
- Reviewing complex medical records and effectively leveraging a variety of tools
- Proactively recognizing customer needs and areas of opportunity
Position Requirements Include:
- High School diploma or GED or minimum Associate degree in lieu of required experience
- 3-5 years of claims experience directly aligned to the specific responsibilities
- Or, for candidates with an Associate degree, 0-1 year claims experience
