A staffing and recruitment agency has an open position for a Remote Loss Mitigation Specialist in Atlanta.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Request follow up documentation and preparing borrower correspondence
- Review borrower applications for assistance for completeness and accuracy
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Strong follow-up and customer service skills
- Experience in the financial services industry, including at least 1 year loss mitigation experience
- Demonstrated ability to work in a high pressure environment
- Personal computer knowledge including proficiency in Word and Excel are required
