Job Summary

A customer engagement service provider is in need of a Remote LSS Certified Black Belt Digital Process Improvement Consultant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining reports that enable the management of continuous performance improvement
  • Offering recommendations for internal standardization
  • Leading and managing globally spanned and / or client facing process improvement initiatives

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • work directly on client facing activities
  • Certification as Lean and/or Six Sigma Black Belt required
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading global improvement initiatives
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows applications
  • Experience in process improvement methodology
  • Proficient in Minitab or other statistical software
