Job Summary
A luxury tour operator needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Luxury Travel Sales Destination Consultant in New York City.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Planning, selling and implementing private-guided tours for customers
- Working closely with customers and service providers to create the ultimate travel package
Qualifications for this position include:
- A minimum of 2 years travel sales experience
- Experience in building FIT packages
- Experience living, working or travelling extensively in the countries/regions you sell
- Being well-versed in consultative sales approach
- Having a proven record of meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets
- Expertise in client relationship building
