Job Summary

A cloud communications company has a current position open for a Remote M and A Global Benefits Project Lead.

Must be able to:

• Conduct side-by-side benefits analysis of target company
• Negotiate with benefit providers/brokers on contract extensions/terminations/renewals
• Engage with third-party benefits partner for benchmarking data for new countries

Required Skills:

• 5+ years hands-on experience with all aspects of global benefits evaluation and implementation
• Demonstrated knowledge in benefits administration, regulatory requirements and filings and implementation best practices
• Must be collaborative, a self-starter, highly motivated, able to shift directions quickly when priorities change
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Have a proven track record of translating business needs
