Job Summary
A health insurance company is in need of a Remote Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician .
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Researching and updating clarifications and denials on patient profiles
- Making or taking phones calls to and from providers and patients
- Following up on new prescription requests and transfers
Position Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have an active Pharmacy Technician License in Texas
- 1+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a retail, mail order or hospital pharmacy
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience using multiple computer applications simultaneously
- Strong data entry skills
