Job Summary

An information technology company has a current position open for a Remote Mainframe Developer and Analyst in Memphis.

Must be able to:

  • Participate in on-call rotation after hours
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff to convey complex issues and resolutions to those issues
  • Create Change Management documentation for code implementation in support of the customer policies/procedures

Qualifications Include:

  • US Citizenship with ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or 8+ years equivalent experience
  • 5+ years experience with IBM COBOL, MVS JCL, VSAM
  • 5+ years experience providing programming/analysis for large data systems COBOL, TSO, JCL, and PROCs
  • Proven understanding of Mainframe environment structure
  • 4+ years experience of systems analysis/programming experience in all phases of the software life cycle
