Job Summary

A software application is filling a position for a Remote Managed Services Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Oversee Portfolio and Client Delivery Success and provide input into Estimates and Staffing
  • Learn about market needs to facilitate change and innovation in their practice
  • Design bundled solutions to provide a plan for customers to realize their business goals

Position Requirements Include:

  • 7+ years consulting experience
  • 7+ years experience managing projects involving CRM platforms or relational databases
  • Consulting experience related to the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Experience with Agile or similar software development methodologies
  • Strong understanding of core Salesforce platform concepts
  • Outstanding communication skills, including internal and client up to C-level
