Job Summary

A customer experience consulting and services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Managed Services Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Assessing customer needs and make configuration recommendations
  • Serving as a Tier 2 escalation point for support tickets and issues
  • Monitoring and responding to system errors and system down emergencies

Position Requirements Include:

  • Natural leader, hands-on, roll-up-the-sleeves type who can interact with all levels within an organization
  • Have a solid foundation in desktop support, application support, and network support
  • Flexible, results oriented, resourceful, have the ability to solve challenging problems
  • Can manage multiple projects and products, and perform tasks at hand efficiently
  • Can explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical personnel
