Job Summary
A customer experience consulting and services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Managed Services Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assessing customer needs and make configuration recommendations
- Serving as a Tier 2 escalation point for support tickets and issues
- Monitoring and responding to system errors and system down emergencies
Position Requirements Include:
- Natural leader, hands-on, roll-up-the-sleeves type who can interact with all levels within an organization
- Have a solid foundation in desktop support, application support, and network support
- Flexible, results oriented, resourceful, have the ability to solve challenging problems
- Can manage multiple projects and products, and perform tasks at hand efficiently
- Can explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical personnel
