Job Summary

A company that provides Cloud Computing and Managed Hosting is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Managed Services Provider Strategic Account Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Being a ‘mini-CEO’ of an account base of 30-50 of largest customers
  • Building and owning the relationship with key stakeholders and C-level executives within the account
  • Driving and conducting Quarterly Business Reviews

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Proven experience as an account manager or relationship manager for a technology company
  • Previous experience working for a Managed Services Provider
  • BS/BA in Business Administration or similar field
  • Experience managing strategic level accounts and spend
  • Problem-solving attitude and exceptional communication skills
  • Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
