Job Summary

An IT managed services company is filling a position for a Remote Managed Services Systems Engineer I or II.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Understanding current client SLAs, parameters and delivery
• Performing managed services assigned tasks
• Performing remote systems and software upgrades

Required Skills:

• 1-2 years of experience administering Windows Operating Systems
• 1-2 years of experience managing DNS, CIFS, Active Directory, Exchange/Office 365, and SQL Server
• Have a four-year degree in a relevant field, or you are working toward one
• You’ve earned vendor-level certifications
• 3 years’ of experience working as a consummate support professional
• You are open to a 45-55 hour work week
