Job Summary
An international food and beverage retail company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Manufacturing and Distribution Recruiter in Seattle.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Find the best in class talent to deliver against our future aspirations and add to the unique culture of our company
- Lead full-cycle recruitment process as a talent advisor
- Source passive talent and create talent pipelines for key roles across the Plant Network
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Three or more years recruiting experience in a high growth, fast-paced environment
- Three or more years human resources, staffing and recruitment or related experience
- Experience recruiting for high-volume manufacturing and/or distribution roles preferred
- Experience supporting remote clients preferred
- A solutions-oriented, “what’s possible” mindset and approach that contributes to a culture of curiosity
