A manufacturing company is seeking a Remote Manufacturing Customer Service Training and Quality Manager in Columbus.

Must be able to:

  • Lead and execute all training & education efforts for 50+ Call Center agents
  • Train and nurture new hires to provide quality service to our customers
  • Coach Call Center Agents on improving call handling techniques and utilizing resources
