Job Summary

An industrial automation and information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Manufacturing Industry Technical Support Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Support customers and field personnel as an IT Admin with troubleshooting and resolving customer issues
  • Manage all customer interactions
  • Support entire core area of Automation including our controllers, operator interfaces, and networks

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelors degree in electronics, electrical engineering, computer science or related field
  • 2+ years experience troubleshooting, implementing, or design of industrial process or automation systems
  • Strong OS experience
  • Knowledge and experience as a CTNA
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues by isolating and breaking them down into smaller problems
  • Experience guiding customers on how to fix display output issues between computers and monitors
