Job Summary
An industrial automation and information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Manufacturing Industry Technical Support Engineer.
Must be able to:
- Support customers and field personnel as an IT Admin with troubleshooting and resolving customer issues
- Manage all customer interactions
- Support entire core area of Automation including our controllers, operator interfaces, and networks
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelors degree in electronics, electrical engineering, computer science or related field
- 2+ years experience troubleshooting, implementing, or design of industrial process or automation systems
- Strong OS experience
- Knowledge and experience as a CTNA
- Ability to troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues by isolating and breaking them down into smaller problems
- Experience guiding customers on how to fix display output issues between computers and monitors
