Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for exchange members
- Ensuring timely responses and ticket logging for all interactions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1-3 years' trade desk or operations desk experience at a broker dealer or exchange
- Ability to write basic queries in SQL, Groovy or Python
- Experience supporting FIX and SBE Protocols
