Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Market Operations Director in Ft Myers.

Must be able to:

  • Provide supervision for market personnel
  • Participate in strategic and operational planning for the assigned market(s)
  • Facilitate the development and execution of the local market action plan

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or 8 additional years' comparable experience
  • 5+ years of regional or senior-level managed care experience
  • Experience with provider contract negotiations and provider relations
  • Experience running and managing a P & L
  • Understanding of financial performance for the total market including staff budgeting and monitoring
  • Understanding of medical care delivery, network management and local market dynamics
