Job Summary

A global software development company has a current position open for a Remote Market Solutions Technical Consultant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Serves as primary liaison between company and client
  • Develops & delivers hands on training & documentation for clients
  • Resolves clients' questions or problems over the telephone or Internet

Position Requirements Include:

  • May travel to client sites on occasion
  • 3-5+ years of experience with impact analysis, requirements gathering, & user acceptance testing
  • Proficiency in working with Microsoft operating systems
