A marketing and advertising company is in need of a Remote Marketing and Advertising Customer Support Representative in Boise.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls (warm leads, NO cold-calling) to ask qualifying questions
• Hold a real customer support conversation with people
• Become knowledgeable in the field of finances, tax, and/or other fields
