Job Summary

A digital product design platform company has a current position open for a Remote Marketing Automation Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Drive email best practices and scalable processes
• Use email marketing and in-app messaging to engage our database of contacts
• Project manage email and in-app messaging campaigns from ideation to production to deployment

Qualifications for this position include:

• Expertise with email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua) and email best practices
• 2-5 years experience creating and executing marketing automation programs
• Experience with In-App messaging platforms (Pendo, Braze, Iterable)
• Strong understanding of analytics platforms (Mode, Google Analytics, Amplitude) and marketing automation platforms
• Demonstrated success leveraging marketing automation techniques to drive customer engagement and retention
• Experience at a high-growth SaaS company (e.g., Slack, Dropbox, Atlassian)
