Job Summary

A marketing company has an open position for a Remote Marketing Client Care Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Onboard new clients and welcome them to the company
• Maintain client engagement by proactively building relationships with advertisers
• Work with clients to collect advertisement assets by our deadlines

Required Skills:

• Have the ability to manage multiple deadlines per month
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Be comfortable speaking to clients and dealing with client concerns via phone and email
• Engage with and have the ability to build relationships with anyone
• Have solid familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
