Job Summary

A marketing company is filling a position for a Remote Marketing Client Success Associate in Detroit.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Developing and maintaining relationships with a select group of named accounts
• Serving as a trusted advisor for our clients
• Creating and coordinating account documentation including reports

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Able to manage 30+ clients at once
• Proven ability to engage and interact with internal teams to resolve client issues
• Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively as part of a team and independently
• Comfortable with MS Office (Excel), custom-built software, CRM, ticketing/tracking systems, etc
